@V: i’d prefer Koharubi themselves did the non-gg bluray releases. There are way too many things i’m not impressed with in coalgirls’ releases.

I don’t really see any problems with subbing so that your translations could be stolen. Isn’t the most important thing that people will see bakemonogatari in it’s full bloom with best fansubs possible? If not, why are you doing this anyways?

That’s mostly right, but slightly off. Yes, we do indeed sub so “that people will see Bakemonogatari in its full bloom with the best fansubs possible.” But that’s not the same thing as subbing so that our translations will be stolen. The first is our purpose, the second is just a side-effect.
That said, Coalgirls credits us, so I don’t really consider what they’re doing “stealing” our work. But again, it’s not our primary purpose.
Also, everyone here are Koharubi really appreciates everybody’s support of and praise for our Bakemonogatari! Thanks a lot!

hi, this is the tv version? because got no updates from gg about 13-15, if this is tv version, ill switch to you guys. cant find other tv version except from gg and this.
@Spec: Yes, this is the TV version. Just in case you aren’t aware, though, 15 hasn’t even been released yet, and nobody really knows when it will be.
Thanks for subbing Bakemonogatari and releasing it in XVID! The link for ep 12 XVID seems not to work any more though…
You wrote a few months ago that you guys would also do the 13-15 specials, but there was no further info on it.
Are you going to do them or is Bakemonogatari dropped?
There is also the recap episode with commentary which seems to be quite fun to listen too.
PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE do Episodes 13-15! Bakemonogatari was by far the best series of 2009, in my opinion, yet all of the other subs out there really suck. Please give it your usual high quality effort. Thank you.
