If you’re that hard up for some Aoi Hana, go download the .ASS scripts and read along with a RAW. The raw I got is some effed up codec or I’d just typeset it myself.

it’s not THAT hard, but if people aren’t willing to do it, things won’t get done. Making the long short: our tl abandoned the project, we got translation done quite some time after airing, so there’s no point in rushing to release now.
The only thing I can assure you is that we will finish this project before the new season starts.

It takes… effort and stuff and… stuff like that. I mean, you know… how it is and all… Stuff happens and then… other stuff does too. It’s kind of a… difficult process… I mean, there’s all that stuff and everything…

How many steps does it take to overlay a translated script onto a video? The only thing I can see taking a long time is if you have to do a ton of specially-placed text on signs or letters.

If my Japanese were better(give it a year) I’d do it myself in a couple hours. If someone posts/sends me a script I’ll do it straight away.

Are you guys in need of help or something?
